William Schmidt


William Schmidt (He/They) is a multidisciplinary theatre and performing artist. Starting at age 8, he grew up singing and went on to study Theatre at Sacramento State. He has worked and performed throughout California and is based in the Sacramento and Bay Area. When not telling stories on a theatre stage, William sings professionally, having performed and even produced cabarets. Williams’ passion for theatre arts and arts education bleeds into all aspects of his work. In addition to performing, he teaches theatre and music throughout Sacramento for multiple programs and all ages of youth. He hopes to help produce the next generation of performers. Some favorite performing credits include: Mrs. White in Clue the Musical, Horton in Seussical, Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Audrey II in Little Shop Of Horrors, and lou in Spell #7.
