The Presidio Theatre is excited to announce the San Francisco Arts Education Project (SFArtsED) as one if it’s inaugural resident companies, beginning in the 2025/2026 season.

SFArtsED was founded in 1968 and for fifty-plus years has stayed true to its mission of enriching the lives of children by facilitating hands-on participation in the visual and performing arts—taught by practicing artists. The SFArtsED Players, a troupe of 45 performers ages 9 to 14, will present their annual spring musical for audiences of all ages. Past shows on the Presidio Theatre stage have included Annie, Newsies, The Little Mermaid and Shrek the Musical.
