The Presidio Theatre welcomes Chamber Music San Francisco as a Resident Company presenting exclusive programming. The organization is dedicated to the presentation of concerts and recitals of the highest possible quality. Beyond the excellent performances of its varied and vibrant ensembles, it seeks to build new audiences for chamber music, which embodies the most direct and accessible communication from composer to listener.
Chamber Music San Francisco is teaming up with Amateur Music Network to present a special post-concert conversation with Sarah Cahill after this performance.
Have you ever wondered how artists prepare and create their performances? In this series we break down the barriers of genre and style with performing artists, revealing the secret processes behind their music. The conversations are for the live concert audience, and we encourage audience participation with questions and direct interaction as time permits.
The intention is to create a “backstage pass” for the audience by inviting YOU into a welcoming space for active listening, with a glimpse into personal artistic processes and engaging music-making.
