From the wonderfully twisted and brilliant mind of author Roald Dahl comes Matilda the Musical, the hit stage adaptation of his classic 1981 novel featuring a book by Dennis Kelly and music and lyrics by Tim Minchin. The SFArtsED Players, a troupe of performers ranging in age from 9 to 14 celebrating its 25th season, revel in the richness of Dahl’s world, from the terrifying headmistress Miss Trunchbull and the garish Mr. and Mrs. Wormwood to the tender beauty of Matilda’s fantasy world featuring The Aerialist and The Escapologist.

SFArtsED Players Gala 25th Anniversary Celebration Tickets (May 3)

The SFArtsED Players celebrate their 25th anniversary season with a gala closing-day party. The ticket price includes access to a post-show gala reception and silent auction and live music in the outdoor plaza of the Presidio Theatre. Gala tickets are $100 for adults, $50 for seniors/artists and $25 for youth (17 and under).
